Flujo Delivery and Installation
All Furniture products are 'made to order'. This means that once you place your order (confirmed by your payment), we will process that order and the furniture Designer / Maker will put this into their 'schedule' for construction. This may vary slightly for each type of product range.
We will contact you to provide an update between the time you place your order, and the time we are in a position to deliver it to you. This period is usually 3 weeks, but may be longer depending on the furniture range.
About 1 week before we have your final product from the Designer, we will call you to arrange a suitable time to deliver it to you. Occasionally there are delays - your furniture is probably coming from somewhere like Italy, Germany or Sweden. However, we always do our best to get your furniture to you, as quickly as possible, in great condition.
If your product needs installation, then our installation team will unpack your furniture, install it, and take away the packaging. They will be polite, helpful and efficient, and also do their best to resolve any issues 'on the spot'.
Once your furniture is installed, we will ask you for feedback on the furniture, and the installation team. We are always open to ideas for improvement - or just plain compliments!
