You will be advised of delivery charges when you make your purchase. Guideline delivery charges for the UK are quoted below and are based on weight and size:
Stationery (eg. notebooks) £3.50
Accessories and small technology items £6.50
Small Furniture and large technology items £25.00 (UK mainland only)
Large Furniture items £50.00 (UK mainland only)
Delivery charges are always quoted as an estimate based on experienced shipments and we reserve the right to pass on additional delivery charges. We regret we are unable to deliver outside the UK.
Delivery times vary, depending on to the product. You can request delivery information in advance by calling us, but guideline delivery times from the date of order are shown below. Your confirmation invoice will state the expected delivery time.
Accessories and technology items - 4 to 5 working days
Furniture items - 6 to 8 weeks
We would love to have quality furniture that is made instantaneously, but craftsmanship doesn’t work that way. We aim to keep you updated on how your furniture is doing, but it will still take time to make, check and deliver. We shall endeavour to advise you if the delivery time is likely to exceed the above guidelines. For those unfortunate, exceptional circumstances where delivery is seriously delayed, we regret that we cannot make a full refund until a 14 week period has passed. Unless otherwise stated, all furniture needs to be assembled.
Most of our furniture products do require some assembly, but this is usually straightforward (i.e. no specialised tools required). If you prefer, we can assemble your furniture for you in the room of your choice. For this service there is a standard charge of £30.00. Please advise us at the time of placing your order.
