Finishes / colours

We only work with quality designers who have rigorous standards in the quality of finishes, materials and construction. However, because of the nature of making furniture there may be small variations in the colour and finishes of the products.

If you are uncertain about finish, colour, material or construction, please call or email us and we will make every effort to give you the best information possible. You need to ensure that your order matches the specification you require, as mistaken details cannot be changed after the 7 day order period.

Prices

Products: we will attempt to honour our published prices, however, they are subject to change without notice.  Once we have accepted an order however, the price is guaranteed.  Delivery charges are always quoted as an estimate based on experienced shipments and we reserve the right to pass on additional delivery charges.

Services: published prices for our services are for guidance only. Each customer’s requirements are different and so we quote for each individual project, although based on our standard pricing structure.
