Our reputation is based on quality and service and we want you to be happy. Therefore, please ensure that you have selected the right colour and style when you order.
When your item is delivered please check that the packaging is intact. If you are not happy with the state of the packaging please don’t accept it. If you find the product has a defect and you return it to us within 7 days then we will replace or refund it. We will arrange pickup and replacement of your product, or replacement of a component that has a defect.
Accessories and Technology:
We hope that you will be pleased with your purchase. Should you wish to return an item we will be happy to refund in full or exchange it. Returns are sent at your expense and the goods need to be in perfect re-saleable condition to qualify for a full refund. Returns should be made within 7 days of your receipt of the item.
Once you have placed your order and the 7 day period has passed, we can only replace or refund the product if it has a defect. For defects, we will arrange pickup and replacement of the product or replacement of a component that has a defect.
